Before you start:
1. Install latest Move to iOS version on your Android.
2. Factory reset the target iPhone.
3. Connect your device to the Wi-Fi network.
Note: The data transfer using Move to iOS only happens between an Android phone and a fresh new iPhone. So in order to transfer your Android data, you’ll need to reset your iPhone to the factory settings first. Here’s how:
On your iOS device, go to Settings - General - Transfer or Reset iPhone - Erase All Content & Settings - Erase Now.
Once done, you can follow the steps in this video to transfer your data files from Android to iPhone.

if what u need is the text messages (not images docs etc) ... just delete all your whatsapp "storage" in your android phone. or u can cut paste them to harddisk first. then BACKUP whatsapp on your android phone. it should leave u with remaining data around tenths to 100mb. Last step : restart both phones. Then do exactly like mentioned in this video.

@@jitingirdhar8609 I switched to iPhone 14 Pro Max a while ago. Used Move To iOS for data transfer. All the data were transferred including all the WhatsApp data, gallery, contacts and everything. Although you may encounter a small problem with the transfer process being way too slow. It got stuck at some point for me and I had to restart the whole transfer process all over again. And also, the gallery albums were organized in a very random way after transfer and the dates of some photos were inaccurate.. it still transfers all the photos and videos, just not in a very organized way. Hope this has helped, and wish you a good luck 👍🏻
