I managed to transfer my WhatsApp data from iPhone 6s Plus to Redmi Note 10 Pro. Here is what I learned in this most terrible and stressful 6 days: -There is no free software which does that. Don’t try it out, not Tenorshare, Mobiletrans Wondershare, imyphone, etc. At the end, it will cost you something and it may not work. Those websites make descriptions on how you can use the software cracked, but if you do, it will later say that it is cracked. -The feature from WhatsApp to transfer chats from iphone to Android only works with Samsung. Borrow or buy a Samsung phone which has a USB-C port. There are videos on KZfaq on how to transfer the data using Smartswitch. It will take forever. - Uploading the whatsapp backup on the Samsung phone onto Google Drive took forever too and got stuck at 99 or 100 %. I then decided to exclude the videos. Finally, after I turned the encryption for the backup on, it worked. I also tried to copy the WhatsApp folder from the Samsung phone to the Redmi, but WhatsApp didn’t detect that backup. Perhaps I did something wrong there.

Thanks for the video! I actually had a slight issue where when I setup whatsapp, it prompted me to check google drive for a backup, which I skipped and whatsapp loaded without the chat history. To solve it, I reinstalled whatsapp, ran through the setup process again and the correct prompt to import chat history appeared.

Hi Alex, At what point do you move your sim from the iphone to the pixel ? Do you do it before or after the transfer. I saw a video where the guy does it before, but in your video I don't see it. Thaks for the video! I transfered whatsapp from an iphone 6s to a moto g82 with android 12. It didn´t work with an otg adapter. You´ll need the original iphone cable from lightning to usb-c. I almost gave up before getting that cable! Another thing if you have too much data be sure you have both charged. The iphone seteals the android battery charge! 🤣

for those who does not have Whatsapp QR or Move To Android messege pop out turn off ur Android phone first. Then connect ur Iphone to ur PC Itune and unclick encrypt Iphone. Then re-do step by step and u will get the Whatsapp QR promt

Didn't work on my mi 11 ultra. On this step "copy apps and data" the android say "download google one on your iphone to restore contacts, messages, etc.." The android no ask to connect cable. Im using android 13. I think this option only work on pixel phones.

Delete some medias in the whatsapp so the media size becomes below 1.5 GB 2. Backed up my iphone 6 data and restore it to the iphone 7 3. Restore the 11T pro to factory setting 4. Start the initial settings on the 11T pro (untill it asked to connect my old mobile phone to the xiaomi using type C to lightning cable >> cek the youtube video above) 5. connecting both phones (at 12:57 ) 6. preparing moving whatsapp data to android (at 13:07 ) 1. 1:30 minutes later at 12% 2. 2:46 minutes at 20% 3. 4:05 minutes at 28% 4. 5:00 minutes at 32% 5. arround minutes 7, it passes 40% and went faster up.. 50%, 60% very fast and then finish (it looks like the 40% mark is the key percentage, once it has passed, everything should be ok) 7. After that it follows as the video shows (continuing the data transfer and android phone settings) arround another 1 hour process 8. The moment of truth when I checked my whatsapp history: IT WASN'T THERE! >_< The chat list was only filled with information that I joined whatsapp groups I was in But when I tried to TEST sending a message one of my contacts, the history was there! So I tried to send to some more contacts, the history chats with the person was there! Thanks for the tutorial. I was transferring from iPhone to android. I used a desktop PC instead of a "lightening to USB-C" wire, but after converting WhatsApp files to Android format, the step where in Whatsapp app of restoring data or lookup data didn't show at the beginning and I freaked out. I kept uninstalling Whatsapp, reinstalling it, and repeating the WA login step many times until it worked and I didn't lose any data. I also kept getting a message on Android while using Wutsapper that the connecter/USB wasn't using the updated version and it was prompting me to check updates in google play, but I couldn't find any updates.
