Great drill so well explained r and r, rotate and rise. Any thing like key letters that makes me remember drill really works for me. Perhaps in future videos you could use letters which represents key physical movements in swing. I find remembering all these drills difficult. Golf is such a technical game. Thanks Jon. John Blagg

This is the key. I use that for all chipping, pitching and lob shots, hitting crispy shots

Perfect. My chipping has gotten much better over the last year when I started making a dedicated effort to keep my lead arm straight and stop the tense chicken-wing on the through-stroke. Will have to work on adding the "rise" part.
