Have been watching your videos. Presentation well thought. Keep on explaining how to do the exercises - telling us the proper technique to sit to stand, watch out things you might be doing wrong and alternative way to do exercise. Most videos just show how to do it but not the technique. Keep up doing this. I will be recommending your channel to my colleagues. 🙂👍

Start with some of our short chair exercise videos when that becomes easier try some of the longer ones - when we transition you to standing. See how you get along with that 👍
