Hey Arnell, I don’t think your hair is damaged. I think you have heat trained it to be straight versus curly. It looks very healthy and growing.

It is damaged. Her hair is supposed to be curly so “heat training it” to be straight is 100% damaged because it is no longer in its natural state

If it was “heat trained” it def would not grow curly again out of her scalp, just because her hair isn’t breaking off it doesn’t mean it isn’t damaged tho :(

I know this is an older video but as an idea: you can do a video with the curly clip-ins installed similar to a sew-in!? Braid your hair down if it’s still too damaged and then clip them in

Interesting, everyone else starts with the longer pieces in the back with seamless clip-ins since they curve and save the smaller pieces for the front. This still came out really good tho
