Watching a transformer transform never gets old. It's too much for your eye to take in all at once, which makes it so alien and mesmerizing. EDIT: Since this has blown up, I must also confess that whenever I make a recipe that calls for allspice, I read it in Optimus' voice. "The Allspice... 1 teaspoon..."

+1 Exactly, maybe some parts of series are too shallow and stupid in the plot, but the universe of transformers never gets boring to the eye. LOVE IT EVERY FILM.

Optimus prime now looks more like the animated version instead of the looks from the last movies?! This looks kinda like a reboot (yes I watched Bumblebee but it's been 4 years already and everyone seems to remember the less than 1 minute post credit scene clearly except me)

I'm glad they kept with the designs closer to the original. They looked great in Bumblebee. The old movies were cool sure and made sense with the whole alien design idea. But it's just so nice seeing the original designs. Plus so much cleaner and easier on the eyes. You actually get to enjoy the transformations as oppose to "okay. It somehow went from that to that."

Yep. I wasn't a big fan of Bay's movies, and a big part of it was that there was too much visual noise. These designs look much better.

Transformers played a strong part of my childhood, the fact that it's still going on today and I'm almost an adult, that's awesome. And I hope my children get to experience it as well. This looks like the kind of transformers my mom grew up with. '80s cartoonish

@@deadpoo-poo4497 Yeah! The idea is to restart this franchise because at Paramount they do the very healthy thing of listening to the fans. Only in locations they’ve worked for more than one year. My brother has been in movies like Star Wars, Avengers, Batman… and this has never happened before. Filming in Peru took 3 months and that is unheard of for a production nowadays. I really trust my brother when he comes back from work saying that what they’ve done is gonna be huge, also when he says it’s gonna be SHIT he gets it right all the time. When he did The Rise of Skywalker he came back saying it was a DISASTROUS production , also when he did Terminator: Dark Fate or Matrix Resurrections. When there’s a lot of drama behind the scenes, apparently that’s a good indicator for the quality of the final product and with this new Transformers he’s really happy. Sorry for this huge response, I’m actually very proud of my brother.

Oh Bumblebee was good? Hmh, interesting. After watching every one and feeling like it just kept getting more and more childish/nonsensical (in a rather bad way) I didn't even watch Bumblebee when it looked like they've reduced him even more to a ... car shaped puppy. Or so the trailers I saw seemed. I guess I should give it a watch. This does look cool again, but was just so soured what the series came after being so incredibly hyped to see my favorite series from my childhood as a movie :o

Most people dont realize this is reboot but in way of bringing the original designs and tell new stories not linking to the Mike Bay films which are awesome. But to see classic looks of autobots and deceptcons But as well were meeting the maximals and probably predacons liek this is going be bad ass. Im hype this is my youth and i cant wait for the story and how this even happens.

I agree. G1 Prime looks great. I am not a real major CGI expert but I imagine back in 2006 the reason Michael Bay didn't shoot G1 Prime in CG was because the CGI wasn't as advanced as much yet for Prime to look good in G1 CGI. I think that is the reason why. But not in the 2020s, Prime does look good in CGI G1 format.

I can't wait to watch this because I loved all the transformers movies but too finally see them from beast wars gave me chills as I watched this and I can't wait too see what other maximals will be in the movie because for sure we know we're going too see the predicons as well. I'm glad they finally put beast wars characters in the movie because that was my first form of transformers that I grew up knowing about

We know for sure Megatron will be there and probably tarantulas seeing as how he was like the lead scientist. I haven’t seen transformer series for a while and this is refreshing. (Not crazy explosions or anything) although I feel the complexity of design and transformation seems to be simpler? I remember the first few movies all have crazy amount of gears/wires/details in the transformation.
