Today i'm transforming Clusters into junk journal ephemera pieces for my latest junk journals. I've been mass making them for my Edith Holden Junk journals. Join me as i walk you through my process from start to finish.
You can make these with any scraps you have and any type of paper or card or even envelopes.

Thank you for all that you do. You are an incredible teacher. I’m using your videos to teach my disabled son and his friend all sorts of skills. Your videos are intrinsically motivating and the boys love it. I’m helping them to do this project with a travel theme. They are making memory books to help remember their vacations and a show their friends and family their vacation stories. The skills they are learning are invaluable, measuring, glue stick use, cutting, visual spatial, recalling past events, retelling stories. The list is endless. You are the best! 💖

😂 every project I do, my work space gets smaller and smaller until I'm like you. I've only got a 3" space to work. It's okay because it just means we are working so furiously on our project that we don't see our shrinking desk space. I love these magnetic clusters! I don't have any of these magnets but I will in a day or two. Thank you for this video.

😊😊…I think we’re all the same. I definitely work in a 12x12 Space & my desk is an old Paste-Table, so plenty long enough.

I often use magnets on the inside of cards, so that the insert can be removed and the card be used again! Thanks for sharing! ((Lyn))

I can match the messy craft table, Julie. My work space gets smaller and smaller, and even the floor around me has folders, ephemera holders, and paper pads. Lol, I like the magnet idea, I sometimes find the hidden paper clips too bulky, so this will be perfect.Thank you for sharing, and you always make my day better when I watch your videos Julie. 🙂♥️

Hi Julie, I am a fairly new subscriber but I absolutely love your videos! I love your sense of humour even more, "I'm no longer a label, I now identify as a tiddly wink" 😂😂😂 I actually belly laughed at that one! I'm a Wigan girl but I've lived in the south east for 25 years now. When I discovered your channel, it was so lovely to hear a northern accent again and the unmistakable northern humour! Julie, I LOVE these little cluster-magnet pocket thingies! That’s a mouthful, haha! They are really cute & just look so fun! I love interactive tags & pockets, so these are going to be a favorite of mine! If I ever get to printing, all those little labels will be at the top of my list! And the botanical prints, both fabric & paper look really good together! I have struggled with how to store all the bits & bobs, too! If I mix them all together, it’s just too much all together. If I put them all in separate little boxes, those make me crazy, even if I label them! And, yes, I end up crafting in a postage stamp-sized square also! It’s because we use so many different tools, etc, on even the smallest embellishments! Bring in some punches, staplers, eyelets, fabrics, inks & daubers, glues, threads & laces & other odd doodads… there you go! It’s not our fault!! Haha, now I feel better! Thanks so much for a great chat & tutorial! I have to go clean up my desk, so I can make a mess all over again! Take care of yourself, I found that the teen years with my twins were more work & stress than the early years. I know what you mean, you’ll get through it, though! 😅 i also struggle with a video title for these. You're spot on with the organization. i often get asked to do videos on how i organize stuff, but the truth is that i haven't figured it out yet, With you on the twins, they were so easy as babies. Great video Julie!! I keep a single edge razor blade handy and find that I use it quite often for a variety of things…one is getting two of those little magnets apart! Of course, do be careful, they are sharp and you don’t want it to slip…maybe a craft knife would work for that too. 💕

Would inking the bright butterflies with distress ink help tone them down. I'm thinking antique linen or old paper. I love watching you create and listening to your humor. Doesn't matter if it's something new or something you have done before. Also i had the same misspent youth as you. I'm so thankful my kids did not follow in my footsteps.

It was a blast and I'm thankful we didn't have social media. Can you imagine the crazy things we did out there in pictures. When we would ask my parents what they did in their teen years my dad wouldn't tell us anything. He always said you come up with your own bad ideas you don't need mine. 🤣 I always loved that.

Hello Julie, I have been watching your videos for a few months now,some two or three times. I told my children that you talked like me with my sense of humor. Only you are British.I love listening to you waffle and crack on.😂 I have a suggestion for you, but you will have to concentrate and make it a habit. I know because it's taken me months and I still have problems with losing my tools. Get a bowl, tray, basket, etc to place it where you usually drop your tools. Then when you are done with the tool you are using, place it on tray or in whatever you have decided to use. Or you can make yourself a magnetic apron and most of you tools will attach to you. Anyway, keep up the awesome videos.

Julie, I have an Epson eco tank printer that doesn’t like connecting or staying connected to the internet plus other problems! I know that you once mentioned that you changed yours out for something else and I just wondered if you would tell me what you now use if you like it? My printing problems are practically ruining my hobby!! Thank you so much!!💕💕

It sounds like you got the twin to mine Donna. the kids use mine now for homework as that's all it's good for and i use the scanner as my new one doesn't have one. I got a canon pixma TS705a, heres the link to it on Amazon amzn.to/3V74iIT I get comission if you buy through that link. Having aid that, i got mine straight from canon in the jan sale in 2023. It takes compatible inks too. Also i'm such a paranoid patsy i use it the old fashioned way, with a cable and don't let it on t'internet or update it😅 My epson had been fab til they did an update and buggered it up. Rant/waffle over. hope it helps love☺️🤗💜

Thanks Sandra love 🤗yes they keep me on my toes and i have to admit i love being distracted by them when i should be working😘 My tea cards all came from Ebay. I tend to buy them in random and incomplete sets as they are cheaper🤗💜

Hi Dawn, i have the fiskars mini one which i love, but did recently buy the Vaessen one as it has cm and inches on and i love them both, plus the Vassaen is cheaper. I do have them on my storefronts on Amazon and the links are in my desscription Mrs☺️🤗💜
