I listen to ositive affirmations that I wrote that say that the only source of validation that matters to me is Me, the only opinion of Me that holds value to Me are Mines And listen to it all night long while I sleep, and I go out in the world znd be myself. Also enjoying flowing to the manifestation of internalising that my value is inherent.

I'm nonbinary and really spiritual and this video really related to how I feel I'm trans and I'm happy about who I am and I'm proud of myself and getting to this point where My self love is so strong compared to years ago when I was confused depressed and questioning 💜💙💚💛❤

I understand why people don’t like the fact that transgender people exist, it’s frightening for people, strange and wired & makes some people feel uneasy. I get it’s not easy for society to deal with, I see things from both sides of the coin. but you see that’s ok with me because I’m me, I’m happy with who I am, what others think about me really does not matter, I don’t care about what my birth certificate says or what toilets people use, if I’m misgendered, able to join women only spaces or compete in sports. All the agendas and politicisation about me & Surrounding me, judgemental views people hold, losing my individually becoming , (these people) being labelled as insane, losing my friends & family all my support network. All this has been tough not going to pretend life has been a bed of roses,but compared the joy of waking up everyday being truly comfortable in my own skin is priceless to me and would not change it for the world 🌎 I have grown a very thick skin and all of the above bounces of me like an invisible shield, believe in yourself and believe in love it’s the strongest force in the universe.

You claim that we aren’t our bodies, and sure, you can argue that. But you can’t tell me that you don’t wish you were a biological male. You’re deluding yourself

cbenn37 YT Can’t both be true? You can hold two seemingly contradictory things at the same time as both being true. It’s a life skill you should try and learn. It’s what yoga teaches you.
