The 12433 / 12434 Chennai Central - Hazrat Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express is an important train connecting Chennai & New Delhi. According to 1997-98 railway budget, pantry car service was introduced on 2633/2634 Hazrat Nizamuddin-Chennai Rajdhani Express in 1996-97 and maybe it was introduced then.

I travelled before Duronto express which was late one hour at Vijayawada because of Rajdhani late running before us. But arrived HZM ten minutes late only. Both Duronto and Rajdhani depart on Fridays following one by one.

@transitbites, most of the older locos are retrofitted with a toilet and newer locos have integrated lavatory systems built in.. This was initiated in 2021.. The lavatories are operable when the loco is at halt or in a train station.. This is for safetly reasons..

Hi Ajay: Very nice to see your parents traveling with you in First AC. Great to see all the facilities in that class. In our time, the best class was First Class Non AC. Have made many a trip between Delhi & Chennai, Delhi & Guwahati and Delhi & Jabalpur both in the summer heat and the winter cold. Maximum speed also was capped at 110 kmph.

Bro food is unlimited in 1st ac... You can demand extra of any dishes or rice... So don't hesitate to ask for more if quantity is less in 1st ac. Also you can ask for paneer manchurian for lunch or dinner in 1stac

It is called brake binding . Fumes and smoke se due to brake binding,hot axle and belt issues with dynamo(in old ICF coaches). These are rare in lab coaches.

It is really nice that you are getting excellent service. Rakes Maintenence is very essential. Warangal is in Telengana State. Fully loved and enjoyed this Digital travel with you. You said that 4th Passenger is going to board at Nagpur in your coupe. Nagpur is also a nostalgic city for me as did my college education from Nagpur. All the best to all three of you. Take care.
