Transparent iPhone display mod?

2 жыл бұрынI've always wanted to do a see-through mod on my iPhone Screen. In this video, we see just how hard that is and exactly how it would look. This Phone Has A custom gold housing, a glowing Apple logo, 2 speaker led's and now a see-through screen!
Customizing your iPhone is not practical though, a mod like this would make it more prone to water damage or fall damage. Always think twice before customizing your iPhone.

This phone is so crazy. I would use it everyday. Amazing series and really great video edit. Quality is largely improved.

When the Home button is broken, then you could order a clear (customized) one and if you think the effort is worth it on a 7 plus, you could change the home button

I was doing a repair on a pixel 2 XL one day. Doing my normal thing, heated up the screen, was going to take it off, but the glass, middle LCD, and what looked to be the polarizer all separated individually. Crazy part was, the LCD was completely in tact. 100% transparent too. You could hold it up, put your fingers behind it, and be able to see your fingers through a video or something. Was pretty cool, not sure if this is able to be recreated but just a thought for your future videos. Keep up the good work b rother!

Legit question, do you think phones will get harder and harder to fix the more sophisticated they get? I repair old videogame consoles for fun and most of the time, older consoles are more repair-friendly than recent ones so I wondered if that was the same with phones.
