Everyone seems so surprised when they communicate with spirits because the spirits can understand them. You have to remember, these spirits were once alive. They remember. Loved the video Seth.

Not always. Some entities weren't once human. They even asked in this video whether the spirit they were talking to was once alive and it said no.

Just because they were once human doesn’t mean they’re necessarily understanding of what’s happening. Could be trapped in a loop, or purely residual energy. So yes, it is surprising and amazing when a spirit genuinely is able to communicate and show understanding.

You guys do realize even if they were once alive or not uts still a spirit, they walk this earth and other places just like we do, they know how to communicate enough to answer questions and know whats happening. Now wether theyve talked before is another question entirely, including wether or not they have the energy to do the things people want them to do. They arent that far behind us concidering they can go a lot of places and see a lot of people and what they do, some can be trapped or not but thats entirely because someone trapped them there. But even when theyre trapped they still know how to talk and whats happening. Again, wether they have the energy to do that and/or have done this before is a needed question

Hi Seth, I don't ever comment on these kinds of paranormal videos, but I wanted to say this was really well done, and very respectful. Probably the most respectful I've seen anyone here on KZfaq be. It says a lot about the kind of people you are, and I hope you continue your investigation of this house because I truly believe you have an amazing gift that can lead to many more answers. I think this entity, whatever it is, has very precise discernment when reading people's energy. I believe that's why it had such an amazing interaction with you guys.

It made me sad as you said "it's the last time" I really hope you continue with your investigations at this house, you know quiet well yourself how much you got a connection there, a really deep one that is! The entities there are clearly sad about the change and you can give them comfort with your respectful ways of investigation, also they know you and this can be really helpful to them in knowing they are not getting abandoned by everyone!! Loved it as always when you are there... I think they need you in some strange ways.... please let this be a new beginning at the Conjuring House!!!

I was always so scared of whatever was in the basement but after their session… I felt so sad. Like yes it’s still very demonic but it clearly is intelligent and very emotional about being abandoned. If you think about it found comfort in Roger and then the house wasn’t being sold/seen and then Cory and Jen bought it and brought it back to life.. it’s clearly mad and very upset

I just want to say I love that you guys are so respected towards the spirits . So many people come in and are disrespectful or joke around way too much. I also like seeing you use simple methods like the flashlight to communicate. So many ppl use phone apps and things of the such and I sometimes question the validity of these things as I've used them myself and it's very hit or miss on the accuracy of them. I generally think that there is a good force in that house that’s trying to stop whatever’s in the basement from harming other people and spirits. Sam and Colby have also had some back and forth like this in their videos of this place. I also believe that a person’s energy- good or bad- can leave a mark on a place. What if the warrens created a good thing? Like it’s kinda sentient and knows to protect people and stop evil because that’s what they imbued in their daily life, and especially in their fight for the safety of the Parrons? Any and all Sailor Moon fans know that love and kindness are the strongest things out there, because that’s what always stops the evil

This was one of the most informative paranormal videos ever to be put out. First Sam and Colby at Queen Mary and their camera got shut off TWICE, and then again in one of their most resent videos their camera getting shut off again. This was so amzing to see one of the most famous haunted houses in the US and acutually getting footage of the most famous spirt talking to you one on one and not getting shut off and hearing their story, plus with permision to film and for the world to see and hear their story, and you guys being so respectful to the spirits. Job well done 👏

My favorite part of this video was the 'Are you whispering? if you are that's fine just tell me' or whatever you said. That's my biggest thing with these videos, to be honest. I would obviously react the same way if I was startled but I wish more investigators would remember that some of these spirits are still people and if they want to communicate they obviously don't mean to scare you. This is my first time watching you without Sam, Colby, and Josh and I must say I am thoroughly impressed and so glad I found your content. As someone who is currently repairing my relationship with spirit that line meant a lot to me.

I hit the like before this video started. I love The Conjuring movies. I have all three and watch them a lot. Just the other night watched the third movie. I love the history of the house. Watched Sam and Colby's videos, Josh and yours from the past years. Seth you were amazing in this one. When you and Chase were down in the basement I got flashbacks of you getting pulled. But when you and Chase brought up Corey and Jen to the spirit, I got emotional. I literally had tears in my eyes. I felt bad even though Corey and Jen still take care of the house. Can't wait till the next video.

The ending of that upstairs Estes method really came off to me as they were communicating with all the “normal” human spirits of the house and then when Seth said the shadow man was coming that was the human spirits warning themselves then lastly when Seth said “everyone leave” it was the shadow man arriving and ushering out all of the human spirits out so it could have it’s time with the three of them
