My trap caught beetles too but still ate the crap out of my bean plants. So, overall, didn't help. Probably just attracted more beetles to the yard. 🤔

I'm sorry about your bean plants! Yeah it is really hard to tell bc we had so many new variables this year...I've heard others across the country in other zones too say its been a bad year for the Japanese Beetles so maybe it's just a rough year? We will keep trying everything to prevent them though!
