Velveta is made out of a little cheese that can't be sold as it was intended and a whole lot of oil ... lots of oil. One of the worst products ever made.

@stryker0ae
@stryker0ae 3 жыл бұрын
@@DentargPL it is real cheese in the same way that meatloaf is real meat. There's some filler stuff and they add an imulsifier to keep it soft but it is cheese. It has its place in my opinion. It's super melty and tastes great on burgers and in bean dips especially if you combine it with some other sharper cheese flavors. People cry about it like it'd the bane of the American food culture, but there's a reason that most famous burger spots put American cheese on thier burgers and haven't changed anything for 90 years.

@@stryker0ae @John Marquardt @Thomas Burrows thanks for explanation. I'm not from US and always hear some strange stories about such cheese. Does not seem like "real cheese" to me, but I guess it got its applications. THX.

Had these at Guys Fieris vegas kitchen in the before times. 1, the presentation when they come out is pretty cool. 2 they were delicious. Went to a place called nacho daddy on the same trip, the place that was based around making nachos didn't make nachos as good as the ones at Guys and his place is like a burger and bbq joint.
