I happened to catch this game on stream last night and I was genuinely on my toes man. It was so back and forth. When you guys finally won I was soooo relieved. Had to put that Lilia into place

Hwei made an insanely strategic call. I bet he looked up the game and saw his lane opponent was emerald and decided, nope, I can't win that. It was kind of a baller play- I think he was actively AVOIDING kill participation so he didn't feed all that badly. Sure, he helped Zwag get his full build, what... 1500g earlier? But he dictated the entire flow of the game. It was SUPER annoying but was probably the absolute best thing he could do, leveraging his wave clear kit to let Lilia teamfight instead of split.

This easily goes under team gap when a 0-10 mid can split push better than Scion and solo kill anyone but you. But you did call it that the only way to win was to ace and rush the Nexus. Since only Rengar was the only one talking, that Lilia quickly left when he had the chance 😆

Hwei was good. Showing how he gapped even a semi fed ADC while beeing 0/12 ish. it appears he was just arrogant in the beggining, believing he can simply sidestep/outplay all xerath's skillshots.
