Our Buc-ees on I-40 at exit 407 (to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg) opens on Monday! It will be the largest in the country until the one in Texas opens later this year.

Another interesting video, your family did so well two travel days together...Buccees looked amazing also the hotel reception with the amethyst and citrine geodes were something special to see up close...next one please...😊

Wow that hotel foyer is amazing! The Purple crystals are Amethyst used for healing and the Orange Citrine is the crystal for abundance - on both crystals there were some clear quartz which is said to amplify the energy of the host crystal - Savannah looks lovely and calm (compared to new orleans!) Looking forward to seeing it in daylight.

I’d love to go to Bucc-ees it looks such fun. Fancy the Uber driver telling you that about where you were staying. 😳👻 That hotel foyer is incredible. Looks like something you would expect to see in Vegas.

Love Buc-ees. Have one an hour away. Closest I've been to Savannah is Ft Stewart, GA. Your video makes us want to go. Looking forward to the sights and sounds

I was flying out of Ft Stewart to Kuwait on my last deployment. I have friends who were stationed at FT Stewart and loved Savannah. We're definitely going

Next time I go I’ll have to rent a car and check out that Buckees. I usually just get Ubers so no parking fees and cheaper. I’ll do Buckees, outlets and Perkins for their peanut butter pie.

The Massie Heritage Center has a 3-D scale model of the historic district of Savannah, and it is well worth seeing. I got the chance to visit it back about 2 1/2 years ago, and I found it impressive. I have no idea if you went there, but for anyone who wants to go to Savannah, I think the Center is a good place to see.

How do you reconcile coming to America (repeatedly) and giving the state of Florida your tourist dollars given the way the governors legislates? I find it difficult to believe you are not aware of the repeated attempts to delegitimize LGBT people in education and life. Sorry to note a serious concern (as you focus on the lighter side of life) but it is becoming hard to ignore.

We try not to get involved in politics and it would be a shame to not give our dollars to businesses in florida because of one ridiculous governor. You are correct though, it's becoming hard to ignore and we do keep up with the news there and are saddened and frustrated with the governor. We do hope he doesn't become president as it would be a very sad day for the USA.

I so appreciate this well written post and your thoughtful reply. I would add that Buc-ees certainly looks fun, but just as I would never step foot into a Chick-fil-lay, I wouldn’t patronize Buc-ees because they give millions to politicians who support horrible anti-LGBTQ+ legislation.

At least, Disney - as greedy as I sometimes find them regarding their price politics - stands against a certain governor's anti-LGBTQ agenda. I find the direction that Florida/the US is moving towards quite frightening and saddening to be honest - "lets go back to the middle ages". Why can't we just embrace all the diversities that we have and live together in peace and be open towards each other.

Some people are scared of anything that is different to themselves. It's a very backwards and closed minded way of living. It's like burying your head in the sand to the real world. Gay, black, white, , transgender, bisexual and all the other labels, all. these people have existed for centuries, pretending they don't is just pretending life isn't happening. It's a crazy way to live life. What a boring world it would be if everyone was straight and white or all gay and black. We need diversity in the world to grow and evolve.
