Thank you for this video. I was born in the US, but spent my first 3 years in Campbellville. The layout of the house, the familiar accents, even the cinder block gate triggered vague but fond memories. ❤

Some of my friends be ashamed to show where they grow up. My twin sister and I really appreciated the hard time it thought me to be humble. I tell my niece's you guys have the best life always traveling around the world private schools would never know what it was not to have breakfast or lunch. Guyana is truly beautiful 😊

Omg yessss I agree 100% a lot of people don’t know what it’s like but it’s beautiful. Also teach you how to be respectful and humble. I love Guyana and one of the reason why I am not ashamed to share where is because that place made me who I am today 🥰 Thank you again for the support! GT forever 🇬🇾❤️

They are right. That is not a house. Those are shacks with tons of rats and roaches. Looks like the places Guyanese live in New York. I went to visit Guyanese people with a Guyanese friend of mine and these people are the ones who usually write their friends in Guyana and boast about the house they live in New York. Most of them lives in some dark basement without no light and most of the Indian ones really do live in shacks. Even the shops and restaurants around where they lived, you would not want to buy or eat from them. This girl went back to Guyana for a vacation dressed like the people from the Islands that go to South Miami Carnival. She better take off all her chains and bracelets. If I was her I would have used that money to send it home to help her grandmother and parents build a new home.

I bet one million dollars that house is six times better than where you live in the States. I visited Guyanese in New York and they go visiting Guyana boasting about how much food they threw away in the States and when you visited them in the States they are living in a dump in someone’s basement in New York. Don’t you miss Guyana?
