Dehradun is full of beautiful places and Chakrata is one of them.
Chakrata is one of Uttarakhand's veritable treasures. Situated about 88 km from Dehradun and perched at a height of about 7,000 m above sea level, Chakrata served as the summer retreat for high-ranking officials of the East India Company during the British Raj.
Chakrata, with its laid-back yet pleasant ambiance, offers a sweeping view of the Yamuna Valley below.
Today we are going to explore Chakrata's beautiful place called Mundali Top. It offers the biggest Bughyal in Chakrata Dehradun. But to reach the Mundali top is a big challenge.
40 kilometers of hardcore with steep cliffs and a road full of huge pebbles and rocks make it difficult and adventurous.
