博步韩梅梅嘴都被粘住了了！
It's Qingming Festival in China, a time for remembering our loved ones who are no longer with us. It's also a time to welcome the coming Spring! And in order to do that, many people eat glutinous green cakes called Qingtuan, which symbolize the growth of the coming season. Oh, and they're delicious!
So, I sent some to my mom and dad in the UK, along with a load of other handmade pastries for them to try. So, go grab a snack and relax with us.

“Hold on Dad” Three words Bob doesn’t want to hear When faced with food. please let your mom know that if she brushes the QingTuan with a little oil before steaming or heating them up, they won’t be so sticky.

I love you and your parents. You guys are the rare few who never put another culture, food or people down. It is very encouraging and refreshing to see such acceptance and love for something that is not familiar to you guys, but you embraced it like a champion. You guys are the best!

Your dad keeps referring back to what he had on the plane! 😂🤣😂🤣 Glad they like the red bean paste so much. My own kids aren’t a fan. At least my hubby is. He’s Bahamian so definitely not used to sweet bean paste stuff.

Hello Stu! I strongly recommend 麻花（mahua)I mean that ones from Tianjin (because they’re authentic🤣)! I think Bob Esq will love them.😆 And have you ever tried “zhagao “ one of the most remarkable street foods in Tianjin. Actually it is a kind of deep fried rice cake with sweet red bean sauce inside very nice.🤤🤤 Sorry I’m from Tianjin,love your videos and those jolly time you shared with your family .🤩🤩So come on give us another one .😆😆

这种青团感觉没有我们重庆家乡那边的“清明粑”好吃😋。这种青团我不喜欢，而且口感太黏了。。。我们那儿的清明粑都是从山上现采的清明期间才会生长的“清明菜”，然后煮了和上糯米粉大米粉，再包着咸菜、肉馅儿蒸了吃。😭可好吃了！

台灣也有，應該是「草仔粿」，已經不知道從大陸哪兒傳過來的了 一般包紅豆餡，甜的，剛蒸出爐真的是人間美味 也有綠豆的、竹筍，但是鹹的真的不好吃

around 0:42 - 0:48 and I also got them some handmade Chinese pastries. Salted egg yolk pastry and red beans pastry (and meat floss pastry). 我给他们点了一些糕点。有蛋黄酥，还有红豆酥。 Some translation is missing in the subtitle. meat floss pastry 肉松酥?

I have never eaten Qing Tuan as my home town which is in Eastern China does not have this tradition. Bob is very like my grandpa who loved to eat, and my grandma usually had to stop him from eating too much as he could not digest it
