How amazing to be able to interact with the animals. My favorite was the sleeping Koala, adorable!!!

Even as an Australian well used to see these animals, I love the footage you managed to get, esp. of the koalas. So cute and so funny :-).

I love how they were telling the kangaroo how sophisticated it looked mean while it was taking a poop hahaha!

Welcome to my hometown of Brisbane. If you two are around a few days, a few places that are free, that I would recommend are Southbank for a rain forest next to the river with the city across the water. Also Roma Street Parkland, which is less than a 5 minute walk from the centre of the city. This parkland has beautiful water features, hedges cut into shapes of animals, a huge duckpond and many sizeable lizards that happily dart in and out of the flowers as they chase their insect meals.

You guys had such an amazing trip! I enjoyed your videos. I love that hotel you stayed in for a week in the Gold Coast. What was the name of that hotel? If it wasn't the Gold Coast, it was the place were you rearranged the furniture. Lol! Loved that. Most beds don't move in hotels, so you got lucky.

barnacle is a great name for a koala -- it clings to anything! I noticed the trainer had a long glove on but michael did not :)
