I lived in Scotland for 26 years and now back home in Australia. I tell people how Scotland is one of the most beautiful places in the world, but I forgot how much more beautiful it is with a dusting of snow. Wow! Great footage mate 👏👏

You were brave visiting in March, generally it doesn't get nice till late June! Glad you enjoyed Scotland, it's a great place and people are genuinely open and friendly. If you're ever back, come to the East coast, we haven't got the hills but cliffs, castles and beaches galore! Love from Portsoy. James.

In Britain they were very popular with dispatch riders as they were quite tough and reliable, had a nickname of the "plastic maggot" as the styling was challenging to say the least. Cheers James.

Did a very similar trip last August with my family. Spent a lot of time in Scotland in my youth but not been back for over 35 years. Highlight for me was the isle of Mull, small ferry crossing at the north end, Kayaking round a seal colony and the stunning views along Glen Coe and the (often missed) Glen Etive. Next time I want to do it on two wheels, but in the summer. You're right, the camera doesn't do the place justice. Keep up the good work. Really enjoy your videos.

Very cool video! Have to add that to the bucket list. Coincidentally I have 2 Rolls Royce Avon Turbines that get serviced at Alba Power to the south of Aberdeen. We package them up and ship them there from Burlington,VT. They were originally used in the Hunter Jet, Comet, and the English Electric Lighting. Originally capable of 11,000HP our Industrial 1535 variant is capable of 28,000HP! Both of these monsters turn our 25MW Generator using 3,000 gallons an hour of #2 Fuel Oil, and are currently getting fitted to try some Biodiesel.

I'm glad u liked Scotland,I love in England but always go to Scotland on my motorcycle,as the roads and views in summer are spectacular through the Glen Coe valley,loch Ness,fort William the list is endless,come back in summer and hire a motorcycle,you won't be sorry..👍

Nostalgia. 1998 ten magnificent days in Scotland on my Guzzi 1000S after IOM races. Up the west & across to John O'Groats and back down the east to London. Your trip looked a week or two just before the two week Scottish summer though! Cracking scenery, fantastic undulating motorcycling roads (even if the sheep do slow you down sometimes). Looks like you finally got a decent flat-white at the end there too BJ. Get down the west coast of the south Island of NZ if you want real twisting roads, breath taking scenery & really coffee (ditch the tin top though).

I go up every year from Liverpool for four nights .I stay up the NW and North just riding my bike all day.Usually on my XR1200 but I bought a KTM690 A couple of years ago just for the roads.👍

Glad you enjoyed my country. I live not far from Stirling when in Scotland and spent 6 years in Callander back in the 1980's. Some of the places that you visited I have yet to visit. It's a pity you didn't get the chance to ride on some of our roads. Next time take a trip to the Wild Atlantic Way in the west coast of Ireland, the longest coastal route in the world apparently. You can Hire a bike in Dublin. It has all the scenery of Scotland and more. ☘

I used to run up the spiral staircase in Wallace's Monument to the top without stopping after walking 12 miles from where I used to live. I was about 12 or 13 years old the last time I did that. Many years ago and very fit !! When you went through Glencoe, did you stop at the Green Welly ? It is a famous stop for bikers. The weather in Scotland is always changeable regardless of the time of year you are there but , always enjoyable. Pleased you had a good time there. You have to try the rest of the UK and Ireland sometime although it will take you several weeks at least to do that. One for the bucket list. I would have liked to ride a motorbike round parts of USA but was never in a position to afford to do that. Had to make do with watching certain you tubers doing that. Looking forward to watching your next vlog.

Wish I’d known I’d have came to Callander only 45 min drive from where I live would have treated you both to a meal and couple of beers to meet you that would have been awesome for me shame the weather wasn’t that kind but the scenery in Scotland is breathtaking especially in the sunshine take care and hope you both enjoyed your trip anyways 👍🔧🔧🔧❤️👌

Haven't been to Scotland, but if you're looking for awesome winding mountain roads you should head to the Boston Mountains in northern Arkansas. Just passed through there a few days ago and it was amazing

This truly was an epic journey - the scenery was so cool. I think the snow added something magically to some extent - some of that was pretty nasty. I'm sure that you'll remember this trip forever. How did you learn about all of the places to go and see - so amazing!

The snow really did add to it. All the pictures we saw were green so our views got to be unique or more rare. Amber pretty much planned 90% of this trip. She saw a ton of spots on TikTok and saved them

Scotland is a stunning country. You should definitely visit Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. There are many road races like the NW200 which I think you would really enjoy.

@@BrickHouseBuilds I always find it weird driving hand drive vehicles has the gas pedal on the inside of the vehicle. At least with bikes they ambidextrous so to speak. It was a great video, Inverness used to be my closest city until recently.
