Travelling Australia: Rainbow Beach, Tin Can Bay! Dolphin Feeding, Inskip and Double island Point!

In this episode we’re staying at a beautiful private property just outside of Rainbow Beach and Tim Can Bay. Giving us the opportunity to leave our van and do day trips to the beautiful Inskip Point and Double Beach Point! We also manage to slip a dolphin feeding session and get in a bit of a pickle on some rocks on the beach!

great episode (again). bringing back a lot of good memories. we went to Rainbow beach and Tin Can Bay in 2012 with our (then) 4 years old son. And yes we where shocked on the bang under your car. Looking forward to the next episode. Greatings from the Netherlands. (we hope Australia will open borders soon, we then will do WA.

Awesome ep guys. Double island point is absolutely beautiful to spend time at. When I heard the car bang on the rock I actually yelled out “ oh s*** Jack 🤣🤣🤣🤣 can’t wait for next ep 👍👍👍

You need more time there to see it all camping is good you can camp on the beach

Great episode again Jack! Did you happen to stop in at Searys Creek? Beautiful natural spring creek on your way into Rainbow. The "Washing Machine" can get a bit butt clenching too hey?!!

Cheers mate! 🍻🍻 Yep! we stopped in at Searys Creek and had a quick dip before we froze in there! 🤣 Unfortunately I had too cut it and a couple of other things out otherwise the episode would of been around an hour long! Butt clenching alright! I’m just glad everything lined up, being low tide and couple of blokes there right on sunset!

Hey guys, I learnt to drive my dads land rover on double island and I really get peeved that I now have to pay to drive on that beach. I know why they do it but it still annoys me.

Yep! We’ve talked to a couple of people in your boat! Surely there should be a locals/house permit that’s free! (1 or 2 per household that has an address in the area that are shareable between cars maybe?)

Question! Now you seen some of Queensland beaches how do they compare with WA?

There’s a few that have really stood out and been on par with WA, but me personally I think you can’t beat a WA sunset over the water with a beer in hand! Also the not really having to worry about swimming in WA is a big thing in my book. I may be biased as I grew up on the beach in the Midwest WA 🤣

100% recommend it! It’s so much more spread out and open, beaches to yourself sort of thing!
