Travelling Sri Lanka in 2022

Күн бұрынWe travelled Sri Lanka in March 2022 before the crisis acellerated. We landed in Colombo, went to Kandy to visit the tooth temple and took the train ride to Ella. After enjoying Ella we went down to Mirissa for surfing, snorkeling and exploring coconut hill and finished of with Galle, Unawatua and other coastal tows :-)
Loved Sri Lanka - the countryside and all the nice people we met. Enjoy our travel video filmed with Lumix GH5 in 4K, GoPro Hero 10 and the DJI Mavic 2 Pro.

Ich wollte im August nach Sri Lanka reisen, könnt ihr das empfehlen angesichts der aktuellen Krise?

Hi Jan, bei uns war die "Krise" schon sehr zugespitzt. Je nachdem wie viel "Abendteuer" ihr gewohnt seid ... es ist schwerer hinsichtlich Öffentlichen Transport und dann gibt es Zeitintervalle in denen der Strom ausfällt. Wir hatten im März aber nach anfänglichen Anpassungen alles entspannt gesehen und keine Probleme :)

Hi - I just flew it - I have a license / insurance anyways - but i wasnt aware that i needed to register it :-)
