Because they are being driven to extinction, which means less biodiversity, which means less ecosystem functions, which is a problem for us and other species. There are 8 billion people on the planet, humans die every day, and barely any from wild life, let alone crocodiles. If you go into their habitat there is danger, all there is to it. I doubt that many people die from them in your country....i bet the people in your country kill a lot more of them

It's digestive differences, almost all carnivores can pretty much eat whatever meat they want (evidently without cooking lol) but since we (as omnivores) have weaker immune systems, we've gotten used to eating cooked meat.
