I was probably hoping for Berube, but I think green is easily as capable as any other candidate who was available. I have faith in the management group so let’s do what happens. Realistically about berube he managed to have only 1 great season. Otherwise he’s only won 1 single playoff round

@matthewgregory8218 Green is signed for 4 years. He isn't getting canned. It's going to take 10-20 games just for the team to adjust to the new systems. That's not to say that they can't come out and start winning right away, but these players struggle with system changes. They were brutal at staying within a defensive system with DJ Smith. We saw glimpses of change under Jacques Martin, but they weren't consistent. Consistency is a major issue with this team. We will have to see what happens, but I can definitely see next season as one that will require patience from the fans because there could be a lot of growing pains for quite a few of the players currently on the roster.

Montreal, Buffalo, and Detroit will even be better next year.
