I still am all about the bandit content. Yeah its never going to be an associated or the like, but its just showcasing that you dont need throw a stupid amount of cash at something to race, especially if there is a stock bandit class. Interested to see the bandit with sway bars and a mod motor in it.

Love the traxxas content! My best buddy and I started racing bandits on a home built track years ago and he would kick my butt! I did all the mods to compete with his stock bandit. The only way to make us even was when I got my associated factory team but I enjoyed my bandit more in many ways. We then switched over to the traxxas slash for our racing series a few years later, and once again I dumped tons of money in mine just to keep up with his stock truck and once again it wasn’t till I got a factory team truck that we became even again( he was just so much more skilled then me!) . Now the trucks mostly just hang in the garage and your content may be the only thing stopping me from selling them. I moved away and don’t have the group of buddies here to race with so your content reminds me of the great times we had competing at my buddy’s home built track that all started with a couple of bandditos 😊

5 of us at my local track are starting a "Rustler 17.5" class, partially based on your successes with the Banditos. Stock Rustler sliders, Hobbywing Justock 17.5 ESC/Motor combo, Adjustable Camber Links. We ordered 5 sliders and ESC/Motor combos from our LHS this past weekend and are going to run a few practice nights together to see what setups work. It's going to be a casual class but with actual written rules as we have issues with some other classes being too vague and kind of "anything goes". (Like 1/8 Truggies in 1/10 Novice...) Those of us starting it want to just have fun and don't WANT it to be a build-it-to-the-letter-of-the-rules class, but it stops being fun when someone comes and says "oh hey I have this stock VXL, can I run with you?"

Dude I love these videos. We all love a good underdog story but for whatever reason this one ids very enjoyable. Maybe it’s the humor you sprinkle in or the fact that you’re never to serious, either way I love it! Keep up the great work! Can’t wait to see what you’re gonna do with a crawler too.

They run them in water for a certain amount of time to break them in. It's got something to do with the carbon brushes! Watched a video of some circle track guys doing it !

Awesome video! The Bandit is a dinosaur but a pretty capable one! I just got mine up to 86 mph on the stock electronics this past weekend. It does it all.😆

These guy is great. I’m new to RC so I just want to have some fun and these that it’s possible to play w/out going broke. I’ve only been to 2 tracks but having and entry point like the Slash and Bandit seems like a good idea. Slash racing is why I went to my local track.

On the Oval, it shaved about .2 from my lap. I did buy it to replace the used one in there that had been bashed to hell so I think your mileage may vary with those. I'm happy I bought it but I think I'd have been better buying a trinity pack lol.

I have a few bandit builds that would be inspiring to you (both a rear motor and mid-motor build) if you are interested, I never got the chance to race them but if you are interested let me know and I'll send you pics/video. Hey, do they sell shock pistons that have no holes so you can drill them, yourself? What's the difference between adding/enlarging holes vs just changing shock oil weight?

Can you only order mod 12 turn Traxxas motors from your guys shop. Plus I used to run team associated alot a mod Ae buggy you can definatley tell witch ones slower and wich ones faster.

What offset wheels do you use on your Bandits for the slicks?
