The two things that worry me most about “Vaquero” is his large wing span and his defense, that go hand in hand. His wing span is so long that when he throws something like a hook, he brings those long arms WAY back to throw the punch, in doing so he leaves himself wide open a lot, which comes to the defense part of the problem. My concern would be him coming across a faster & stronger fighter who will be able to take advantage of him exposing himself so much. I mean let's be honest, all it takes is ONE lucky punch to change the course of any boxers career or one bad decision!! I remember when my cousin won the welterweight title from John Stracey, another GREAT British fighter!! He went on to have i believe 7 or 8 title defenses until his team made a VERY bad decision when he fought Wilfred "Wilfredo" Benítez AND Made their extremely bad decision by deciding to go fight in HIS home country of Puerto Rico!!! At the time my cousin was the title holder and they agreed to go fight in his country, WTF!!! So they go fight and the ring is setup OUTSIDE!!!! It's humid AF and just as hot, they purposely did this knowing the heat and humidity would eventually take a toll on my cousins body and it did!!! He should have never agreed to fight there, that's what I mean by it only takes one punch or bad decision to change the course of a boxers career!!!

I believe he can fight at the same pace for another 10 years IF............He decides to take better care of his body by paying a chef able to know how to maintain strong a fighter, I mean someone better that another pro-runner. He regularly does more than one thousand punches, so he needs to be extra strong so he can feel strong even after a heavy fight. Today he does not take good care of his diet, and he apparently started to feel it. Hope someone would tell him this.
