Very capable vehicle. I have mobile garage envy :)

Thank you so much! I do have to say I love the garage especially on days that it’s not really nice to go outside. With sports equipment and a truck like this there’s always a project that needs to be done! Thank you so much for taking the time to comment, I so appreciate that!cheers!

Beautiful machine. I saw you at Hammers, and really wanted to see what this thing was made of. Thank you for making that happen.

Thank you so much! And you’re welcome! It was such a long journey to build that rig, but I’m so happy with it! Always little fine tweaking going down the road, but it really is a cool platform! Currently working on my Humvee Hilow camper project, which is coming along nicely! so nice to hear from you and thank you for taking the time to comment. Much appreciated!

I enjoy the videos however, whoever told you those lugs are ok like that are definitely wrong and they should have more thread engagement. I’d def recommend installing longer lugs. I’ve worked on those vehicles as an army civilian employee and am still engaged on those programs just in a different position.
@TRCa516 ай бұрын
@@b0bbymc I do understand what you’re saying but there’s over 2 inches of lug engagement and a single thread coming through. In aircraft you always want to thread showing but in this case, there is a single thread coming through and after checking torque after every trip, nothing has come loose.I appreciate you taking the time to reach out.

@@TRCa51in the video it looked like the lugs didn’t come through the lug nut. I may need to look again. It’s almost midnight in Texas and I’ve been smoking meats and drinking all day. 😂

I like your truck man. Well done. I've got a 1083 and I will start building a camper box hopefully next year. I also have ECO hubs, and 70 mph down the hwy is easy cruisin.
@TRCa516 ай бұрын
Thank you so much it’s really good to hear those eco-hubs are working out well! A much better option than the Regear that I did. At least, in my opinion! Good luck on your bill, and if you have any questions, I’m here to help!

how much weight do your tools add to it?
@TRCa516 ай бұрын
I have no idea. This truck was originally 36,000 pounds as a record and last time I had it weighed fully kitted out I was in the 34,000 pound range. It actually drives really nice down the road and does really well off-road that actually surprised me!I would say I probably have somewhere close to 2000 pounds of tools. This is why I selected this platform because weight really wasn’t an issue!
