I don't think Yuna needs hard choreography for a cute bubbly song like "Not Yet, But." It makes no sense. Lia's lyric video is on the JYPE KZfaq channel.

Yall gotta understand that dancing can give you ALOT of pain to your body… they cant always do a hard dance in every song plus YUNA (Yeji as well) had to learn 4 choreographs and 3 were REALLY INTENSE so if they would have gave her a hard choreo for her solo that would have been horrible for her, because she also said in a video that her body was already in SOO MUCH PAIN JUST FROM THE BORN TO BE CHOREO

I agree with some points but for the choreography for yuna yall lost me, it was perfect. Like idk but that was the point. Imagine yuna doing crazy choreography for a bubbly pop song it doesn’t make sense

Itzy's problem is still their music sadly. Especially lyrics in this album. I listened Mr Vampire 10 times, Born To Be 4-5 times (thanks to performance) and Untouchable 3 times then I got bored. Their solo songs' lyrics are boring (song structure wise), trying to put so much words while can't keep up with instrumentals or not having a catchy rhyme to stuck in my head. Mr Vampire has a refreshing instrumental but Untouchable and Born to Be instrumentals feel like an old song. Producers sticking with I'm special type of vibe lyrics while music going everywhere is not the identity listeners looking for. Even girl crush concept can't save them after jype ruined their image so bad, I feel like they even ruined members' confidence. Seeing core fandom and members apoligizing each other for not doing well saddens me so much. But at the end of the day everyone stays for music. I blame producers because everything was going great till Checkmate album. I'll admit that Itzy is not a vocal gg but girls give their all to performances and they're doing a great job with vocals when songs fit their style. I really want to see this group successful again with a great sound. Edit: My comment seems more harsher than I meant, I don't think It's an unlistenable album, It's just forgettable quickly after listening a few times.

The music this era was actually really well received compared to the past year and as for the lyrics they got so much better from 2019 it matched everything from the music video instrumental and considering the fact that the girls helped write their own solo lyrics it paid off amazing so I disagree

and the sound they’re at right now is basically the same one from 2020 because born to be and untouchable were a heavy based edm track like wannabe and dalla dalla and Mr Vampire was really different but it fit them so well !

@@Runaway937 I agree this album so much better than last year's but not agreeing this album better that old ones because we should think about the time the album released and the impact the old albums have is undeniable. After reading my comment again It sounds harsh but I didn't mean It's a unlistenable albu, It's just boring. After 1 week I don't want to listen anything from it except Mr Vampire maybe. I'm glad you saw people like it but streaming platforms not looking well sadly. I wish their popularity raise after promotions

⁠@@nevertthelessI get your opinion but I have to disagree massively I think their sound after sneakers got back on track even though the hate kept rising because of one silly little shoe song which is ridiculous but as for numbers it isn’t doing as bad as u say and yes the album does gain attention after promotions but as for the album being boring I truly do have to disagree every single song has so much flavor of ITZY as a group there’s so many genres I really don’t know how u find it boring but it’s okay we all have our preferences in music 👍

I don't agree with you at all. If you have a problem with the lyrics about self-confidence, about accepting yourself as you are and not comparing yourself to someone else. I'd advise you to check out other bands because Itzy's songs have always been like this, they've helped a lot of people with their message. If you prefer lighter songs I suggest Newjean, Ive, Sserafim, Nmixx etc.. The purpose of a song above all is to get a message across or tell a story. You can have light songs but they tend to be forgotten quickly. Imagine that all the people who stan Newjean, Ive, SSerafim, Fifty Fifty have music that doesn't stay in time. The more industrial a song is, the more it gets forgotten and you move on to something else. The music that stays is the significant music that doesn't necessarily get a lot of airplay. I'm sorry but Born To Be is their most accomplished and personal album. And don't forget that Lia isn't really present on the project, apart from her solo work, I think she's done very well. Because when the lead singer isn't there it can quickly turn into a disaster, so I was pleasantly surprised that the members improved not only their singing but also their vocal range.
