If you're looking for another lake, there is a lake in Eastern Oregon that my family and I travel to for spring break called Wallowa Lake. It's about 4 hours away from Boise, ID.

You inspired me and my wife to start diving we both have goggles and snorkels I have a set of fins she doesn't yet. We both go to all kinds of lakes and rivers and mainly just school with the fish 😂 but I could really use a dive knife for our equipment if picked the knife will be put to good use 😁 it was on my list after we finally get a go pro one day 😣

Hey if you ever come to Texas, canyon lake is a really nice place no alligators or anything very clear water 10+ ft goes down to 120 ft around an hour from Austin and San Antonio

Have y’all ever checked out Possum Kingdom lake about 1 1/2 hours from Fort Worth, it is amazing and goes down to about 150 feet with beautiful cliffs!! They do the Red Bull cliff diving there off of Hell’s Gate!!

Also that stinky pole is for when you put the boat cover on and you tent it in the middle. So there are little grommets in the middle of a boat cover that the pointy end goes in and it props it up 🤙🏻 So fun to camp out in the boat with one of those on. Y’all should do a vid on that

I first dove with a native, master diver off the coast of Barbabatos. Although I felt excitement in my discovery of this alternative universe, I felt discouraged by the absence of an abundance of aquatic life, less than a kilometer offshore from one of Barbatos' premier resorts. Nevertheless, the experience was invaluable, as my expert companion gave me in vivo training in both basic and advanced knowledge of the necessary precautions when diving from one bar to the pressures experienced at 30 meters. After each of these extraordinary experiences, he made sure that I memorized the necessary time for a safe ascension to the surface for each depth. Of course, I made these dives thirty years ago, and after a 30 year all consuming career, I suspect technology has changed the character of diving if not the effects of diving physics on the human body. In any event, I intend to retire in early 2020 and these videos have convinced me that underwater pursuit of both small and large treasures is the best means of finding worthwhile adventures. Thanks for sharing your experiences, John A. Hlavaty
