When they were still treasure 13,Hyunsuk was supposed to be the leader of TREASURE and Jihoon in Magnum but after Ben left, they decided to not have units anymore and just keep the two leaders, TREASURE is a large, it will be tough for Hyunsuk or Jihoon if they'll lead all alone so they decided to have 2 leaders in one group.

Sorry for the spoiler, but in their last T-Talk, hyunsuk & jihoon, they said that they're both the leader. Even in the count down vlive of yedam wayo previous time, when they're do the introduction, jihoon said he's the leader too. *another spoiler too* In the treasure map they devided into 2 groups while doing practice, hyunsuk and jihoon team. But until now, there's stilll no any official confirmation from yg about this, whether they're still be 1 group with 2 leaders or it will be any unit. But I think, it's a good decisions because not easy for him to lead 11 members alone, hyunsuk and jihoon really complete each other in their personality to lead the members ☺️
