Camera works of Yg dance practices is so much better than any Korean award shows

What's nice with them is that they don't aim for perfect synchronization. But whenever they're doing something,they show their best performance and stage presence. I really love them.

Agree, when Treasure dances it feels like a performance😆 maybe the moving camera adds up to that feeling but I'm really convinced they are still more into a dance performance instead of 'dance perfection'. There are even few noticeable mistakes in this take but I think they released this and not bother to shoot again because it holds too much power and stage presence (although they're not stage lol) that's enough to bring out the award show vibe they're aiming for. Also, yes, those shows really have multiple cameras everywhere to capture and highlight everything but ends up doing the opposite thing... It is because their dances are choreographed as if there are people watching infront of them, like a typical award show if I may say. So their dances are just best with a front camera. However, even if a standby front camera is realistic, like people watching them while sitting still, it will not make thw stage more dynamic. I think that's why they gave it a forward/backward motion. If you observe closely, the camera work is just mostly a forward-backward motion, but its great enough to highlight a person as a center and highlight the group dance for a wide shot if needed. Not too complicated yet suits perfectly to what they've prepared and aims for. This is also the same with regards to iKON's dance practice for kingdom. UGHHH🙄✋🏻😆

I think dance practice is always better because of the raw performance but added to their perfect performance is a perfect camera angles. Legit. . i'm into kpop cz bigbang, then continuing with love all YG artists. for the first time watch survival for treasure, i doubt myself to can get it with a group who have too much members, n so sync with the choreography like others kpop artists rn. but then again i realised, YG music always being YG, which i loved. even sometimes i heard music from the other kpop artist, but YG artists always be my number 1 for their music n stage presence. they just have a different aura, classy things, n born to be swag naturally in their blood.
