Thank you for the great information. Just recently discovered these videos and happy to be able to finally learn more about this. I have been using custom compression stockings on lower legs for at least 6 years. Also have a different type of pressure machine. I enjoy it except...like you said...it is difficult to get myself in the leg and torso wrap with Velcro. My husband has to put me in it and that doesn't sit well with me. I also shake my head when here and in other videos we are told to consult our doctor....my primary care doctor has never once addressed my lipo lypadema. OTs associated with the would care clinic I went to measure me for new stocking twice a year. That's the extent of treatment. No one had ever suggested PT or a lymph adema therapist or any other process or approach. We are just seen as being obese and dismissed. Thank you for the enlightenment!!!

I had lipo 360 I got MLD daily for a week after, since then I have been trying to do myself. I used lipo foam under my garment what textured lymph foam would you use?

Oh dear. Don’t know where to start. I Have scar tissue under my breasts where Lumps were removed. I have swelling under both my knees. I wear elastic Velcro stockings on both my lower legs. Nothing seems to move them. I try lymph massage of my arms and legs. I mostly eat keto and do intermittent fasting and recently lost 13k. I have a bit gone off the diet now but am trying to get better. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis and chronic fatigue. And there is such a waiting list for docs. I have been reck mended Cbd oil but can only get it after seeing a rheumatologist and have an appointment in four months. I have pain and soreness and tiredness but do try to walk and am waiting to join a swimming club where they have a heated pool and Physio I. The pool as well as aqua therapy I am turning 78 next week and don’t want to carry in like this.

Can these modalities and compression garments reduce fibrotic fat or only prevent it from getting worse?
