"...I felt like it was all my fault. And then she got even angrier. Now I can’t get it up at all!"
Sound familiar...? Those were the words of a client I saw with one of the many cases of psychological impotence I've treated over the years. Sometimes a psychological block must be removed before physical function can recover, and this is what I did with this client.
So in this video I share 5 confidence building tips I find useful in helping men regain sexual function.

@Luke Joyce If a man can get it up while masturbatig to porn, but cannot when he's with a real woman, he should try to masturbate WITHOUT porn. If he fails, then the issue is not phychological or performance anxiety. His issue is: He can't get it up unless he uses porn. So, he needs to stay away from it so he can rewire his brain properly to get hard also when he is PARTICIPATING, not not only when he is a WATCHING THIRD PARTY.

@@stoogatz1 it's up to the man who he finds attractive or unattractive at any time for any reason. I have nothing against equality except it's not really equal. A guy has some of his decisions made for him in the form of impotence if he's in any doubt. Millions of years of evolution don't disappear overnight. If certain conditions aren't met, the magic simply doesn't work

I don't buy that. I had plenty of libido while WE had an ED problem. I'm sure your intent is to assign responsibility rather than blame, but IMHO, the penis is jointly owned by both partners, and my wife solved OUR ED problem with some simple Tantric penis attention. Then we both had to learn how to work with a soft penis, and that was/is very nice for both of us!

I think my problem is more psychological rather than physical, I currently take 3 types of antidepressants and has had a vasectomy,I'm currently receiving treatment for low testosterone but still to no avail, after listening to you sir I think it may be psychological 🤔👍😎

SSRI’s will kill your sexual function and create numbness, loss of libido and ED If you need to take an antidepressant, Wellbutrin (bupropion) There is most definitely a psychological component

very useful and well explained. infact psichological damage are made by both sexes nowadays. if a women gets psichological trauma or hurt she will not experience orgasm with a man ,,,and man instead will suffer go towards ED . in both cases in a very young age the fact they are imprepared by parents etc and they throw themselves in online porn its the most damaging fact that a young human can do. will afect their entire sex life... and its so sad to see very young men having this trauma .

Seriously dude, use that teenage energy towards hobbies and your social life. That stuff reciprocates a level of self actualization taken for granted by most. As years pass you’ll likely develop a confidence that pays off big time when you and your peers are at an age of a more psychological sexual maturity rather than just the emotional or instinctual understanding brought on by puberty. Put simple: get off the screen for porn, social media, and KZfaq as much and start living. Go do a thing, buy a longboard, go for a walk, just talk to people…with the goal of just talking. Live… actually live.

I've been going through this for the past 4/5 years now. I noticed it during the last two years of my marriage. My ex-wife and I was going the divorce and my relationship with my son fell apart. I felt loss got into another relationship that was fine the first few months and then after that I started going through ED. I started getting a erection but couldn't hold it, then it began a semi-erection that wouldn't last. I went to the doctor and was told that I was healthy no lack of tetestrone. I think porn is a great teacher. I learn from it. Much of what I learned is that 99% of porn is fueled by toxic masculinity. Very disrespectful of women. Always disrespectful of bottoms. Yet another commercial enterprise of our dominator culture. The challenge is to find quality porn that does not include a load of toxic waste. Usually made by amateurs. Porn induced ED because men who watch it are not connected to their emotions enough to consciously feel the injustice they are watching. But their subconcious mind does, and that is what causes the ED. They must cleanse their psyches by renouncing toxic culture.

@@jerryvair4919 Agree with this, and am climbing back out from ED caused to a great degree by that vicious beta blocker Metoprolol which should be banned. It causes total ED.. But proper meds, diet, exercise and rest have gotten me most of the way back after a year.

I'll tell you what works for treating ED: Sildenafil, AKA Viagra. But I was very disappointed that so many start out on 100mg. I am a big fan (pun gratis) and have yet to exceed 20mg. In my book of Shamanic Practice, that would be a 5x overdose, and a certain precursor of dysphoric experiences. It is so unlike any other med I have ever taken. You cannot feel it come on. But 5-6 hours later I woke up with an erection? WOW! That sets the clock back more than twenty years. IMHO, Sildenafil is a medication of our pre-mamillian nervous system. Sildenafil is proof that we have more than two nervous systems, and that those nervous systems are hierarchical rather than monolithic.

Excellent! I have a boyfriend who has troubles down below, and I found out (after a very embarrassing encounter with his doctor) that he was more psychologically dysfunctional than physically. He told me he doesn't feel like he should deserve any pleasure in life. Any thoughts on that one? He's pretty much thought his whole life that he's SUPPOSED to be miserable, didn't want to grow up because he hated the responsibilities and the whole bit. I don't really understand how anyone wouldn't think that there's supposed to be some pleasure in life (emotional, sexual, physical.... the whole gamut.) Thank you for this video, it helps me understand what might be going on just a bit better :)

@@moorconfidence2383 He's pretty "non-doctor" so getting him to go in is a fight too. I think it's mostly emotional. He doesn't want to take any medications because his mom scared him from taking anything. Kind of a bummer! He also won't get help like therapy or anything either (another mom issue) I told him we're not going to have a good relationship if things don't get addressed one way or another, so we're pretty much in a non-intimate relationship.

@@pmbluemoonIt's important he does try to talk to someone, even if it's just a conversation with you it will help. There are also non-surgical options he can choose such as creams.

@@moorconfidence2383 I tried talking to him, it worked a little bit. With the creams and such, I'm so sensitive to things I'm afraid to try anything like that. I've wondered about them and was going to buy some and try them on myself first, but I think once we had our talk (I mentioned the creams and such), that he wouldn't go for that, because I brought out just plain ol lube one time and he freaked out thinking I was trying something on him! Great advice though, much appreciated! :) Anything else you might have that i haven't tried yet?

That's being over emotional. By the way, why would sex only be for child bearing. The Man took the attention away from his wife and shifted it to the unborn baby, I think he didn't love his wife that much. I have seen so many marriage where the couple only have sex one time in two months.

Well from my past experiences, it made my old partner before marriage (husband don't smoke) very horny and me too. It made the sex SO GOOD! So fast forward, got married. I started back smoking yrs later but had to quit smoking and I'm a woman because I have a very high sex drive but my husband do not. He used to. He deals with Ed so it's been super rough. I been with him 18yrs. He's had this issue 14 yrs. Something need to change because it's tough. But I guess it's different for everyone.

I remember i was abit of a hound dog in my late teens and early twenties. Would rarely having any doubt sexually. Then one time i as hungover with my ex gf at the time and I couldnt get it up in the morning and i had that initial thought of ''oh shit'' so i used viagra for the first time next time I was with her. Then i was with another girl for few years later and we had sex at night and in the morning I could not perform. It was quite traumatic to me that I couldnt perfrom. Now its snow balled to the point where I buy viagra before I go on a date. I am also addicted to porn btw aand I feel this also has an affect on me. I need help with this situation. Its so horrible. There is like a wave of pressure when trying to have sex that I used to never experience.
