I attended Yoga class only for a month and got pregnant, this was my second pregnancy, I had to go through lot of treatment for my first one. Hi Mam, Thank you so much for all your valuable information. You have been doing a great job in helping us lead a healthy life. I am 27 yrs old and had PCOD for the last 5 years. I am following your channel for Yoga and diet for a while along with the medication. Now the polycysts have disappeared in my recent Ovarian Ultrasound. However, I developed multiple breast fibroadenomas now. Please make a video discussing on Fibroadenomas and suggest some Yoga poses to recover from fibroadenomas naturally. Thanks in advance.

@@soumyat7433 I dint follow any diet.I was eating normal food only.i just did yoga fr an hour daily.I dint loose my weight also but got conceived naturally after dng yoga.So my suggestion would be do yoga and believe ur body.Miracle wil happen soon😊

Madam nan inda yoga la try panren along with beginner yoga..but enakku neck short mam...so I feel strains near neck while doing all yoga...inda neck and shoulder muscle mass reducing and making it look neat ku yoga ila any routine irukka mam...means back posture yoga series podunga mam....and thank you for all your posts...they are very helpful 🙂

Hai mam.during periods ,bleeding not controlled even after 10 days.after taking medicine 1y it becomes to control.can you give suggestion to regulate this.
