I'm having same trouble, I've got 3 wisdom teeth, one in left upper corner it looks so tiny and grown fully does this a concern?? Other twos are impacted one cannot be removed as per my dentist's advice, because it has crossing nerve so he said it's best to avoid extraction, and advised me to use a tiny separate brush while brushing to clean the surrounding area and keep it more hygienic. Another one is horizontally impacted and really painful, I'm on an antibiotic course these days, horizontal wisdom tooth extraction could give any side effects to nearby teeth??
