When I was 14 I was subjected to even worse than this: a guy pleasuring himself against me even when I kept moving away, and another guy exposing himself in the car when he pulled close to me to "ask for directions". Now I would be far more vocal but I was more timid then.

This happened to me when I was 8 yrs old. This drunk man keep touching me and nobody did nothing. They just said poor girl she is scared. The guy is from our neighbourhood so they think he's just being playful.

Which is why you have foolish people asking victims of these crimes, "Why didn't you fight back?" or "Why didn't you scream?" or even "Why didn't you try calling someone?". The doctor said that the state of shock is sometimes so strong and she herself witnessed it, that the victim often never speaks again.
