Sir pakistan me botax avaible q nhi hain.. Doctor farheen niazi k patient hn my mother.. First time unko botax injec ap ny lgaya tha MH islamabad mein 2 year ago.. 3month bad dubara lgna hota hai. Ab 5 month hogye hen botax nhi mil rha yahan..

I have started having shaky hands more so when I do jobs with them or constantly on my phone but I suffer with severe anxiety as well .. I thought I had something bad my doctor sent me for mri it was normal and blood normal

workup is typically normal with tremors. consider propranolol trial.

@@DanishBhatti_MD I had a nerve conduction test I had carpel tunnel in both hands so that explained shakes but they have really improved now i don’t use my phone as much and a Mouse so my hands are normal again ..

Sir I want propranolol tablet to be taking it for essential tremors in hand because of anxiety and stressful situation but daily for life long but only 160mg a day is that ok sir..?
