So here I am at OSH, left CA on Friday for a Saturday arrival here. I also stopped at Torrington and Yankton on the way but you guys had already been through. I’m planning to leave Thursday early and I’m starting to wonder if you’re going to get here before it’s over! LOL, you guys look to be having a blast enjoy the trip! Watch and enjoy your videos, I’m hoping to start a Rans S-7 build before too long.

Hi Trent! Wish I could go to Oshkosh this year, but sadly I’m stuck in Missouri. My buddy has a ‘75 Cherokee 140 that we had a big tailwind on so we were hitting 150.. we got a 35 mile flight done in about 15 minutes!

Great Wolf, Trent, Great Wolf. It's right across the street. They put one of their many adult refreshment stations within an arm's reach of the hot tubs, so you don't even have to get out of the water. Had you been there, those cups would have been filled with beer, and you wouldn't have gotten into trouble, because you would have had the beer rather than water in those cups. Water was the demon that seduced you.

This is what waterproof sports action cameras were made for , seeing the mgmt clamp down on any fun would have been a plus , not like a food fight at a 5 star restaurant ....cheers

Trent, I found your Channel and have been Binge Watching for the last few days. Absolutely great content. I fish the WI river and Camping is allowed on those Sandbars by the way. Does that Steve guys aeroplane have some sort of clutch between the engine and the prop? It seems to turn and windmill freely in a lot of videos. It doesn't look like turboprop.

Hey Trent I have a question. Why the rotax 912 , I owned a Avid with the E81 Subaru motor. Just curious, I looking at getting back into back country flying again. Great channel, awesome Kitfox

Brian, I can't speak for Trent why he uses a Rotax vs a Subaru. I can though speak from my experience owning and flying a Kitfox with a Rotax. I have logged 1300 hrs of reliable engine performance. I have a friend that has a Subaru E81 and has had lots of trouble - serious trouble. He's afraid to fly it much. Subaru's seem to have become less popular over the years (for airplanes). Most popular engine for the Kitfox is the Rotax. Must be several reasons for that, if you don't accept my personal experience.

Some Rotax engines have a freewheeling clutch/transmission for startup.
