I looked out of my window and saw a guy letting his dog poop on my lawn. I opened the front door and asked him "Do you want to go as well?". My Ex. said that I was too aggressive, but he never did it again.

No, you REALLY dont. The insurance liability alone is insane. Then there are the Karens demanding to use it whenever, the maintenance...pools and hot tubs are NOT worth it

This neighbour the law didn’t care. They done it before no one done anything before. Op took court and judge and told the judge I thought the property line was there. The judge told you know what you was doing. Op did not the those neighbours to court little by little they more and more of the land in op nothing left
