he beat to child death, throw him away like trash and want the court to have mercy on him...what about the child suffering for days being beaten and starving...I believe he was selling his little body for money due to the kind of people that was hanging around the hotel...the mother don't deserve mercy eith she allowed it..he didn't hurt his kids...where are the fathers to these kids forgotten kids...have mercy for the little ones they have no one to protect them...

I believe that there will be some folks in custody who will give him a welcome he won't forget. I think it would be best if he does his time in solitary. Funny how the mind plays tricks on you and torments you.I don't think he will be safe anywhere . Imagine being beaten so bad that you would welcome death but it doesn't happen. You might begin to heal up some and then another beating and another just like that precious little boy had to go through. As for the Mother shame on her for not protecting her child. There's not a man alive worth sacrificing your child for. I don't know how she lives with herself. I hope her nights are haunted with the image of her Son looking to her for help. I think some people might read this and think I am being cruel. I am just voicing my opinion. I am sorry if my opinion is upsetting. I just can't tolerate children being abused and murdered. That precious little angel didn't deserve to be beaten no child should ever be treated like that. I think of the little boy looking at his mother for help and it breaks my heart. I send my heartfelt condolences to his little sister who will one day hear the story about her brother Dominic and to the rest of his family I send sympathy and hope you can find away to heal from this tragedy. I am a Grandparent Ican't imagine how painful this is for you.

She had the ultimate responsibility as the mother to protect her child. She allowed the abuse and turned her back on her child. She saw the abuse, she saw her child struggling to walk, she saw his broken jaw, she saw him lifeless in the tub, she dressed him as he was unconscious in the tub, she strapped him lifeless in the car, she chose where to leavs his lifeless body, she carried him from the car to the ravine, she decided to go to Mexico, she smuggled herself and her daughter out of Mexico and through to Costa rica and she lied about the childs wearabouts to her motther and eventually authorities when questioned. She is fully responsible for his death. This would have never happened if it wasnt for her.

This people should be in prison for long time for their stupidity crimes. There are many people willing to adopt and give good caring homes for this innocent child. It seems the mother gained lots of weight In county jail waiting for her trial. Garcia pretends looking a man with hair cut and well shaved. No more runaway to another country. Now luckily both of her kids will go to a better place. Still her other kids would suffer from missing her mother. They’ll need more counseling and mental therapy in life after their mother is in prison for another dad’s fault. Other two kids will cry for their mother as they do now. We’re all human missing our moms, if we are young or older, we all cry loosing our parents.

Sadly for the poor innocent child. I love my six year old grandson and my three year old grandson twins, my eighteen month granddaughter and eight month grandson. Children are beautiful with big responsibility and hard work and happiness in life. Only God knows how people will live on earth.
