Eat your veggies and drink plenty of water / juice. Problem mostly solved. The fiber / roughage generally helps keep things moving. Too much bread (gluten), cheese / meat [protein] kinda' tends to make things harder to pass. In my experience, anyway...

@@tamedshrew235 Everyone is 'blocked' by different things. I find that hydrated pasta passes better for me than dry bread. But in general my body does good with wheat while others say it's hard on them. Maybe it's because my people have eaten bread since the Roman Empire. If you think about it, cow's milk is the most foreign to their diet as Cow's milk is originally a European industry that isn't even that old. Even I get constipated from Dairy even though I am Italian. Dairy is very constipating when not balanced with fiber/minerals.

Being raised on SOUL FOOD, I'm familiar and know how to cook all these dishes! One of the things I remember from my childhood is my Grandma, Great Aunts and their friends sipping pot liquor from the collard/mustard/turnip greens. They'd pour it in a tea cups and enjoy all the essence from the juices along with dipping some of the cornbread or hoecakes/hot water cornbread in the juice to help it go down easy and bring more flavor to each bite.....I don't know if you used any smoked meats in the spinach, but that's always a must! I sometime used smoked turkey butts/necks to bring more flavor. Man, I think I need to make a pot of greens this weekend!!!

@@Maki-00 Collared greens are not found in Pakistan, unless someone has imported seeds and is growing them in their private garden. if you like Naan you will probably enjoy Roti. At least that’s my experience they are flatbreads that are used to dip into meals and eat with the bread. Like with Indian foods that have much sauce and you scoop it onto the Naan, or use Naan to make the meal more hearty. Roti is like that too except it’s flatter than naan and looks more like a tortilla but it isn’t corn.
