Day-1 shoulder focused push day
Day-2 biceps focused pull day
Day-3 leg and abs
Day-4 chest focuses push
Day-5 back focused pull
Day-6 triceps focused push
Day 6 push( triceps focused)
1. Triceps Pushdown
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
2. Rope overhead triceps extension
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
3. Skull crusher
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
4. Close grip bench press
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
5. Machine Chest press
(4 sets of 10-15 reps)
6. Single arm inclined chest press
(4 sets of 10-15 reps)
7. Rev triceps Pushdown
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
