Few people know this secret! Try this delicious airy dough bread. Recipes from Roman! A new muffin recipe that my grandma taught me. Let's bake these rolls together! I have told you all the details, all you have to do is watch and enjoy. And don't forget to prepare it, it's incredibly tasty! We don't buy bread anymore! Bread in the oven! The whole world is after this recipe!

Incredibly fluffy, they are so delicious that I make them at least three times a week. Well, how delicious, everyone admires it when they try this recipe! Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm water 160 ml
- Dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
- Sugar 3 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil 60 ml
- Yoghurt 2 tbsp.
- Eggs 2 pcs.
1. Mix all ingredients
- All-purpose wheat flour 480-530 g (add in portions)
2. Mix all ingredients with a spatula for 3-4 minutes
3. Place the dough on the table
4. Knead for 4-5 minutes, the surface of the dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
5. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
6. Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise for 40-45 minutes.
7. The dough has risen well, look how nice and smooth it is
8. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
9. Roll them into a ball.
10. Cover with a towel and let rest for 15-20 minutes
11. The dough has risen a little, you can work with it.
12. Knead the dough with your fingers and form a small circle
- jam (I have strawberry)
13. Place jam in the middle and secure the edges
14. Form a ball and place it on baking paper
15. We do the same with the remaining pieces of dough.
16. Cover with a towel and let rest for another 15-20 minutes.
17. The buns have risen, what beauty! Do you like?
18. Now comes the fun part: take 6 forks
19. Place forks on the buns
20. Dust with flour
21. Carefully remove the forks and you will get a very beautiful pattern
22. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 27-30 minutes

Gute Alternative zu den Faschingskrapfen. Würde nur die Marmelade nach dem Backen wie bei den Krapfen hineinspritzen. Und Pderzucker statt Mehl auch im Anschluss nehmen. Danke für das Rezept!❤

Yo creo que quedarían mejor si en vez de ponerles el tenedor y harina antes de meterlos al horno, se hornearan sin nada y ya al sacarlos, cuando se enfríen, se les pone el tenedor y se espolvorean con azúcar glas.
