What does it take to be Batman? Genius level intelligence, master of 127 martial arts, the World's Greatest Detective, etc. However his most forgotten traits are his compassion and empathy. Arguably those are his greatest traits. Being Batman isn't easy he isn't like every superhero he's actually skilled. He needs to work harder than the rest because he has no powers that's why he's the best.

Let's face it, it's hard to believe that Batman is just an ordinary human. As crazy as the 2018 anime film, Batman Ninja, was in terms of story and effects, what I liked best was the plot point and character development of Batman returning to his roots, using his discipline, training, and planning, to overcome the odds. You did well in determining that what sets Bruce apart from most people, at least mentally, is his drive to learn as much as possible and use what is practical among his skillset and knowledge base.

Batman is just what the plot needs him to be.

I think to be Batman you would have to have some type of super level of OCD, ADHD and Will Power to be that driven. I believe in one of the comic books it said Batman would’ve been chosen for a Green Lantern ring, but the Green Lantern ring just doesn’t look for the highest willpower but also other characteristics. That Batman failed on, so it’s not that Batman doesn’t have an extraordinary willpower. It’s other things that didn’t make him a Green Lantern.

2:49 we can assume he is using lbs as plates. makes 6 times 45 plus the bar. around 305 lbs on the bench press or 138kg. its a realistic thing to achieve, even with rep range of 5 even without taking steroids. and better picturing than the bullshit that came in the comic later about deadlifting over 1000 pound and such crap. problem just is. to maintain such a fitness cycle. he is really at his limit what is possible to let run without injuring yourself in workouts itself. not really recommended all the time therefore. even halve of what is shown as his trainings schedule is already giving very high strength, the same body composition (6' feet 2 at about 195lbs body weight at about 8-10% bodyfat) and enough to fight crime. the rest is his general skills towards what he learned from being a detective himself from gordon. his training at the CIA and all his studies in what he was just interested into learn. with the goal in mind to avenge his parents dead. not so much because he was really into the topic itself. rounding it up with sleeping as much as he can throughout the day with his microsleep cycles. added to his normal sleep time. its not that he is having to motivate himself to do that stuff towards discipline. it is him! he became that. you can expect he grew just into making this his life. and when something is life to you. you auto execute necessary task without even thinking. that lets it look on the outside like you are disciplined. but the reality is you do not even know living life anymore anyway different. cause the bruce wayne figure is mostly his high society mask. the real bruce is batman. this is when he can be bruce and himself. the official outside bruce is his society and rich mans mask. he has just to play his part with out of necessity. and you can expect he does not always like that either. without his money inheritance he would not became more than a skilled cop himself. or joining the military at some point. or maybe having become and stayed a CIA agent at max. depending how school education a not rich growing up would still be able to accessible for him. so he is not that special as it seems from that perspective. most of the money he just posseses. is necessity into things he has no other choice. so he has to play that role too. and one side always interacts with the other. chances are as well that he would have become a criminal himself. if not growing up with rich manners. the dark is just him. if we assume his parents rich or not would have been killed either way. cause this did make him into mostly what he became to be. so you just can fail to try to copy such a life. if not similar happenstance would have hit yours. cause otherwise you may not succeed developing such traits he possesses. explains also way better his darkness and bitterness he has to just carry around with him in some way all the time.
