Trigger events with Webhooks, IFTTT and ESP8266/ESP32 [100% working]

Right after uploading the video, I decided to make a library to trigger events. You can utilize the library to trigger events with just 1 line. All you have to do is download and install the library from the following link.

Rupak, Many thanks for providing the code for this project. It was a lot simpler and more straightforward than anything else I could find out there, and it was the last key to making my project work. It's a long walk to my mailbox, and now I get a text whenever anyone opens it. Great Job!

Hey Rupak, great explanation thanks. You mentioned you can use it to trigger a voice assistant (like Google Assistant in my case). How would you do so, since you can't use Google Assistant as a "That" execuion on IFTTT, right? Cheers mate ;)

G'day Rupak, I am a real noob to coding and the likes but I found your tutorial very easy to follow. I actually got my NodeMCU to connect to my wifi and send a webhook to activate my lounge light. Thank you. What I am trying to do now is send a second EVENT to turn the light off and everything I have tried does not work. Can you help me with this? Once I have worked that out I then wish to trigger the Webhook from a Nextion touchscreen. I have the Nextion side of things worked out I think to send commands via serial. I need the NodeMCU to listen and then trigger the webhook. Hope you can help.

Hello @Rupak Poddar. Since Yesterday Im getting the status code 301... Im use the http and get the error If I use https it return fail.

I'd like to do the inverse, control a LED using just the iftt and the webhook. maybe u can create a local webserver with esp8266 and make webhook access it, I just don't know how to make it work

Bro I have control all relay in one command like "turn on all relay" plz send syntax in IFTTT webhook I will try but don't work it please send proper syntax and fast bro i submit my project 20-04-22 so please past reply me
