Trinidad badly needs, two days every month for carnival, as just two days per year is not enough. Just dumb down education, a little more every year, when you graduate all students wit PhDs in math, when they can’t even spell the word “math”. It is called equity, and just entrance into school should, by itself qualify a student, and soon we will have butchers doing brain surgery, and aircraft engineers who have not seen a plane. But carnival, yes! And, a lot more. It is called democracy.
