That coo coo was the star, for me. I never knew that coconut milk could be added to it. I could almost taste its amazing flavor. Mouth watering. The boiled ground food, the stew fish, all well done. All you need was a nice cool glass of mauby to wash everything down. Excellent meal. Thank you for sharing. Blessings.😋🤤🙏🏽

I literally wanted to cry watching you make this coo coo. I don’t know what it was but honey I’m teary eyed lol. It’s like you really forget the joys of family and cooking. It makes me wish I had paid more attention to cooking growing up when my family was in the kitchen cooking. I think it’s the opportunity missed is what I’m teary about. Thank you for sharing and I pray you’re grateful for the lessons your family taught you.

Well, I learned something new. I went to the store to get some red snapper...fileted...$32 for 2 fish. He asked me if I wanted the heads, for that price, yes!!! Now I need to know how to make some fish head stew. You are a great inspiration, very well spoken, and I love the way you explain everything. Keep up the good work.

Wow!!! You had a "seriously" RIGHTEOUS grandmother. She will be called from labour to reward for her EXTREME "kindness." Her blessed sharing to one & all as a "true" Israelite will allow her descendantS to REAP the rewards of her blessings also. She sure laid a GREAT foundation for you all. Omein.

When we live abroad for a long time, our taste buds change because of the different cuisines that we are exposed to. The people who stick to Caribbean spicy dishes can continue to eat the spicy foods. Others get a sick stomach with the spices. I remember eating that type of food. If I ate like this now, I would end up weighing three hundred pounds. Thanks for the recipes and the demonstrations.

Let yuh point make sense. I'm living abroad since 12yrsold.some 35 yrs now. I can still eat it all. Atleast once a wk I eat food from home. I weigh147. My sister wears a Size 6.. it's not the Foo d. It's you.
