Terminal C at JFK may be outdated however, so is that legacy 767 you're riding on. Last time I took one of those to Copenhagen was in 1989. Delta just loves it's classic antique aircraft. 767, 757 etc. It's nice to hear that they added A350s to the fleet even though they are second hand/used as well...

You’re damn right about that, these 76’s are really really aging. Really wish they’d figure out which aircraft will replace the 767 cause the A350 is too big as well as the A330-900neo

By the way, many European countries have policies that dictate reverse thrust should not be used unless necessary (to reduce noise pollution). That might explain why they weren’t used on your flight.

I got same flight coming up, is 32A a comfort+? I got 34A the map shows it’s an exit row do you remember? Thanks!

The variety of DL 763 seat maps can get very confusing, but this 32A seat was in economy. The aircraft configuration I was in was either the 76L or 76Z. Hope this helps!

Delta was flying to Copenhagen in 2019 so not five years?

At the gate they had said 5 years, but it could’ve been cut prior to covid

Prefer Newark of the NYC airports. Newark does have same the issue with over capacity . Also been stock at the tarmac close to a hour waiting for a gate. Food was pretty good in terms of cost and vairty. But since their rewamp with all these resturants where you order on a ipad most places it Got really expensive. To and from Europe I prefer Minneapolis. The staff dosen’t get the attitude they have in New York or Chicago. O’hare is an absolute ghetto dump. Worn down, rude staff and just a weird ineffficient setup. Atlanta is also nice. As too New York in still puzzled why trains and metro are nor integrated into their airports directly. Its just so stupid. But with my parents having lived in the States it has damned on me how bureaucratic American governance is and how completly it lacks strategic and long term planning. Its just short term thinking agents gridlocking each other for shortterm gains. Sad really
