No they didn't lock the windows only dimmed.

Yes Of Course You Can Reclain Seat And There was Standart Seat Pitch 31 Inch.

merhaba benim Abu dhabi'de 2 saatlik bir aktarmam var. Bagajımı alıp yeniden check-in yaptırmam gerekecek mi? ve ek bir sağlık belgesi istiyorlar mı? (covid testi vb bir sağlık sigortası/belgesi?)

No you don't have to collect your luggage. And no certificate needed, just a security check.
