Trip report, flying SAS PLUS from Copenhagen CPH to Miami MIA via Arlanda ARN

THE RETIRED COUPLE TRAVELS THE WORLD

Scandinavian Airlines trip report flying from Copenhagen to Stockholm and continued the day after to Miami Florida.
We the Europeans were allowed to enter the US again in the beginning of November and to do this we had to be fully vaccinated and present a negative antigen Covid test done 24 hours before departure. We were flying in SAS Plus (business economy) and the trip was paid with SAS eurobonus points. We did this trip in early December 2021.
For me it was exactly 40 years since my last trip to Miami and for my wife it was her first visit to Florida. It was nice to be back, a little bit more crowded now compared to my last visit here. We hope you will enjoy this report!

I always love leaving Denmark after the Christmas holidays and returning home to Arizona. Nothing beats leaving the cold and grey menace.🙂 I normally fly CPN to LAX.

I always love Denmark and Sweden in the summertime. I normally fly Phoenix to Copenhagen with Either a connection in a US Airport, any airport in the European Union, and/or London Heathrow Airport. Last year, Copenhagen had to be redirecting us to Gothenburg or as it spelled in Swedish "Göteborg".

Ifall du bor i Falkenberg skulle det inte vara mycket enklare att flyga från Landvetter eller Ängelholm, eller resa med tåg hela vägen till Arlanda?

Nja men då får du byta till flygbuss Göteborgs C / Landvetter vilket inte är så mysigt. Detta var en Eurobonus resa så därmed begränsat med alternatviv

Well how about that, I believe I had! I did not know about this and I looked it up now, SSSS= Secondary Security Screening Selection. I am also a bird photographer and very often I get some extra attention with my camera gears at the first security check:>). Thanks for the info!
